If you do wish to return goods to Alexandra's Smocks London for any of the below reasons, please contact us at alexandras.smocks@gmail.com

Shipping 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Alexandra's Smocks London will notify you by email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

If Alexandra's Smocks London receives no communication from you within 14 days of delivery regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

UK Delivery:

Standard delivery between 5 – 7 working days: £4.99
Express delivery between 1 – 2 working days: £6.99

International Delivery:

EU Standard delivery between 5-7 working days: £9.99

Standard delivery between 7 – 10 working days: £11.99

 

Returns Policy

 

Sale Items: 

Any returns or exchanges on sale items must be within 14 days of receipt of the goods, a refund will be issued on any sale items returned if an exchange is not suitable.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.  

Non Sale Items: 

Alexandra's Smocks London aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion, however, goods may need to be returned.

If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 10 days to arrange a return. Alexandra's Smocks London is responsible for paying return shipment costs if you have been sent the wrong items. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the wrong goods being returned.

If any goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Alexandra's Smocks London within 10 days. Alexandra's Smocks London is responsible for paying return shipment costs of faulty items. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned faulty goods, the price of the goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.

If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should report such damage to Alexandra's Smocks London.  Alexandra's Smocks London is not responsible for paying shipment costs of the returned package. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.

You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 working days after the goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Alexandra's Smocks London within 14 working days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if they have been unworn and the goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Alexandra's Smocks London.   If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within 14 days after the goods have been delivered and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid for that order in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the 14 days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order. Alexandra's Smocks London is not responsible for paying shipment costs of  the returned items.
